If you’ve had sexual contact with another person and notice any signs of an STD, it is important to your health and wellbeing that you talk to a doctor or medical professional about getting tested. Sexually Transmitted Disease symptoms can disappear and reappear over time, but that doesn’t mean the STD is gone completely. It’s common for STD symptoms to be so mild that they don’t bother you, but you should still see a doctor or nurse if you notice anything that feels off.
